Resolución relativa al recurso de reposición interpuesto por Cesser Informática y Organización, S.L., contra la Resolución del Secretario de 7 de octubre 2009 (RO 2009\1566) por la que se comunica a la recurrente que la notificación presentada en su día no reúne los requisitos establecidos en el artículo 6.2 de la Ley General de Telecomunicaciones y que se tiene aquella por no realizada (AJ 2009-2097). *The CMT publishes the entire text of the Resolutions passed by its Council, except for those of a confidential nature, which are affected by trade or industrial secret. Reports requested by the Public Administrations in relation to the drafting of legislative or regulatory provisions on telecommunications are not included, and neither are those approved by the CMT in exercising its advisory functions. Those reports will be published once such provisions or measures have been implemented. Similarly, the entire texts of documents whose contents are repeated are not published, such as those assigning numbers, or resolutions which are mere formalities. In the above cases, the text of the Agreement adopted by the CMT Council is maintained, even though it is not included in the text of reference.
